Subhashis Sinha is Professor of Practice in HR and Behavioural Sciences at the School of Business Management, NMIMS, Mumbai. His research and advisory work sit at the intersection of disability inclusion, employment relations, leadership development, and workplace culture, with a focus on how organizational values translate into mission, vision, and people systems for today's evolving workplaces. He has published academic cases with Ivey Publishing, Harvard Business Publishing (co-listed), and Emeralds Emerging Markets Case Studies, presented in international conferences of repute such as ANZAM, Australia, and works closely with organizations on leadership and culture-led transformation.
