Editor’s Note | Sharpening the Signal
TL;DR
Over the past few months, we have been quietly at work.
Rethinking design.
Reworking structure.
Re-examining how our three legs—open publishing, deep enterprise work, and curated convenings—strengthen each other.
Founding Fuel has always been reader-supported and open by design. That remains unchanged.
But clarity matters. In a noisier world, signal must be sharper.
This refresh is not cosmetic. It reflects how we actually work:
- With a carefully curated network of contributors we collaborate with deeply—not transactionally.
- With enterprises and institutions that seek long-form thinking, not slideware.
- With a community of leaders who value context over clickbait.
Open publishing fuels the thinking. Immersive learning deepens it. Convenings extend it.
The three reinforce each other. That is the model.
The rebuild of our platform was led by our colleague and contributor, Shrinath V—who shepherded the design and structural rethink with extraordinary care—working closely with our founding team.
Founding Fuel remains independent, reader-supported, and committed to rigorous, contextual storytelling.
But we are clearer now about who we are—and who we are not.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
