HR Advisor and Mentor
Vineet Kaul is an HR Advisor and Mentor with extensive experience across industries and geographies.
He worked with the Aditya Birla Group as Advisor, Group Human Resources, and earlier as CHRO for Hindalco. Prior to this, he was Vice President (HR), India Subcontinent, and a Director on the Board of Philips India Limited.
Vineet began his career as a management trainee with Telco (now Tata Motors) in 1976, and went on to lead the HR function at Birla Yamaha Limited and Eicher Motors Limited.
Over the course of his career, he has been closely involved in setting up large greenfield projects, launching new businesses, and managing legacy organizations. His expertise spans business restructuring, leadership development, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and post-merger integration. He has also been responsible for driving social projects and external relations.
Vineet has been active in industry forums, having served on the National IR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is a Past President of both the Employers Federation of India and the Mumbai Chapter of the National HRD Network.
An alumnus of Fergusson College, Pune, and the Faculty of Social Work, MS University, Baroda, Vineet brings a rich blend of academic grounding and practical leadership experience to his work as an advisor and mentor.
